Every student should concentrate fully on studying in the manner prescribed under the college system. Along with this, he will also cooperate fully in the extra-curricular programs organized or approved by the college.

Every student will take interest in the peace, order, security and cleanliness of the college property, buildings, library, laboratory, etc. and will cooperate in maintaining and improving them. Neither will he participate directly or indirectly in any tendency contrary to this nor will he incite others.

He/she will fully cooperate and participate in all examinations conducted by the College and will not remain absent from class or examination without the permission of the Principal.

Every student shall behave politely in his/her conduct towards classmates and teachers and shall never indulge in obscene, wasteful or indecent behaviour.

Students should lead a simple, non-addictive and frugal life. Hence, consumption of any kind of intoxicating substance will be completely prohibited, especially within the college premises. Students should also keep in mind that pomp and luxury does not suit their attire.

If the students have any difficulty, they must present their report to the teacher or principal in a calm and prescribed manner.

Students will not adopt the path of solving any difficulty through agitation, violence or terror.

Students will not participate in active party politics. They will not seek intervention or help regarding their problems through political parties, activists or newspapers etc.

Any attempt to take unfair advantage or use unfair means in or in connection with examinations will be considered serious misconduct.

Students should behave in a disciplined and restrained manner so as to enhance the reputation and prestige of the college and to ensure that it is not tainted.

In case of violation of these general rules of conduct, students should cooperate in giving appropriate punishment to the guilty persons, so that the primary work of the college i.e. studies can be carried on peacefully and with concentration.

Students must be careful that they are not accused of any unethical or other serious crime and if this happens, their name will be immediately removed from the list of college students and they will not be able to hold any post of student representative in the college.

The student will come to the college in decent attire. Under no circumstances should his attire be provocative.

Every student will concentrate fully on his studies and will also provide full cooperation to the extracurricular activities organized by the college.

He will behave decently in the college campus. He will not use indecent, unparliamentary language, abuse, fight or use firearms.

Every student will behave politely and courteously with his teachers, officers and employees.

It is the moral duty of every student to keep the college campus clean. He will lead a simple and frugal life.

Consumption of any kind of intoxicants will be completely prohibited within the college premises

Spitting here and there, dirtying the walls or writing obscene things in the college is strictly prohibited. Strict action will be taken against students found involved in anti-social and criminal activities.

Students will not protest their demands by spreading agitation or violence. Students will keep themselves away from party politics and will not take the help of political parties, activists or newspapers to get their demands accepted.

Use of mobile phones will be completely prohibited in the college campus.

75% attendance of the student in each subject will be compulsory and this will be applicable in NSS also. Otherwise he/she will not be eligible to appear in the annual examination.

The student will use the equipment in the laboratory carefully. He will keep them clean and the laboratory neat and tidy.

He will follow the rules set by the library completely. He will get only the prescribed number of books and will have to pay the prescribed fine if they are not returned on time

For any difficulty related to studies, he will peacefully present a representation to the teachers or the principal.

Vandalising fans, lights, furniture, electric fittings etc. in lecture rooms, laboratories or reading rooms will be considered punitive conduct.

To obtain a transfer certificate or character certificate, a No Dues Certificate must be submitted along with the application.

To obtain Transfer Certificate or Character Certificate, a photocopy of the I-card provided by the college at the time of admission and a photocopy of the mark sheet of the last year of study must be attached with the application.

संस्था त्यागने के उद्देश्य की लिखित सूचना देनी होगी।

समस्त शुल्कों को जमा करना होगा।

(स) उक्त सम्पूर्ण सत्र का पूर्ण शुल्क उसे महाविद्यालय को देना पड़ेगा।

(द) महाविद्यालय से प्राप्त अन्य सहायता, निःशुल्क शिक्षा या छात्रवृत्ति आदि की राशि लौटानी होगी।

(च) निःशेष प्रमाण-पत्र (No Dues Certificate) प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

(छ) स्थानांतरण प्रमाण-पत्र या चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र की दूसरी प्रति चाहने वाले छात्रों को 10/- रूपये जमा करना होगा।

(ज) समावधान निधि की वापसी महाविद्यालय छोड़ने पर टी.सी. लेते समय ही होगी बशर्ते अपनी रसीद प्रस्तुत करें। समावधान निधि की वापसी महाविद्यालय छोड़ने के छः माह बाद नहीं की जायेगी।
